Strikepoint News is a digital media company publishing news, analysis, and sponsored content covering the global mining and commodities sector. Some content is produced for, or sponsored by, the companies covered. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Content is provided for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strikepoint News and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including trading decisions based on content you read here. Direct liability, where it applies, is limited to CAD $100.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Alberta.
