Strikepoint News publishes independent journalism covering the global mining and commodities sector. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Direct liability, where it applies, is limited to CAD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Alberta.
