QUEBEC CITY, Aug. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX:PDI, TSX:PDI) (“PDI” or the “Company”) advises shareholders that registration is now open to attend the webinar of the Company’s General Meeting to be held at 3:00pm (Australian Western Standard Time) on Friday, 21 August 2026 (“Meeting”). Shareholders and interested parties who wish to attend the Meeting via the webinar are required to register using the link below.

Registered attendees will be able to listen and ask questions through the webinar portal during the Meeting. Shareholders are invited to lodge questions in advance of the Meeting by sending an email containing their question(s) to cosec@pdigold.com. Shareholders will not be able to vote via the webinar facility.

The webinar does not replace the physical Meeting, whereby shareholders have the ability to attend in person and vote. The physical Meeting will take place at the offices of Grant Thornton Australia in Perth at the address shown above.

Shareholders are encouraged to complete and lodge their proxies online or otherwise in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form and the Notice of General Meeting.
