Dividend Information Serabi Gold plc (“Serabi” or the “Company”) (AIM: SRB, TSX: SBI, OTCQX: SRBIF), the Brazilian focused gold mining and development company, announces that subject to the approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 June 2026, the payment details of the recommended final dividend will be as follows: Shareholders with a registered address in the UK will be paid in Sterling. Shareholders with a registered address in Canada will be paid in Canadian Dollars based on the closing Sterling: Canadian Dollar exchange rate on 30 June 2026. Annual General Meeting Notice for the Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2026 will be published on 22 May 2026.
