At the meeting, the Shareholders voted in favor of a name change of the Company to FCL – X Fire & Safety Inc . (the "Name Change"), a new identity that better reflects the Company's rapidly growing lithium–ion battery fire–protection business centered on its flagship extinguishing agent, FCL-X™ .
