Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering PR Newswire KELLOGG, Idaho , June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Company (the "Company" or "Sunshine") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering ("IPO") of 20,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.50 per share.  In connection with the offering, Sunshine has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at the IPO offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Sunshine's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 4, 2026, under the ticker symbol "SSMR." The offering is expected to close on June 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank and BMO Capital Markets are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering.
