This update includes: its proposed name change to Northern Critical Minerals Ltd.; its planned 2026 drill program at its 100%-owned Little Nahanni Pegmatite Group (“ LNPG ”) in the Northwest Territories; the proposed acquisition of the Silver Switchback Copper-Silver Project in British Columbia (the “ Option Acquisition ”); the proposed settlement of outstanding indebtedness through the issuance of common shares of the Company (the “ Debt Settlement ”); and a non-brokered private placement of up to $3,000,000 (the " Offering ").
