Eskay Mining closes $3.5 million flow-through placement

("Eskay" or the "Company") (TSXV:ESK)(OTC PINK:ESKYF)(Frankfurt:KN7) (WKN:A0YDPM) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release of June 8, 2026, it has closed its non-brokered private placement with the placement of 7,290,000 flow-through shares (the " FT Shares ") at a price of $0.48 per FT Share (the " Offering ") for proceeds of $3,499,200. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for Canadian Exploration Expenses (within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the " Tax Act ")) which qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" for purposes of the Tax Act. Proceeds from the Offering will be expended on the Company's 100% controlled and consolidated Eskay Project in the heart of the Golden Triangle, British Columbia.The securities issue pursuant to the Offering have a hold period expiring on October 17, 2026.
