ATEX reports annual shareholder meeting results

At the Meeting, shareholders approved all motions set out in the Company's notice of meeting and management information circular dated May 8, 2026, as further described below. A total of 262,525,270 common shares of the Company were represented at the Meeting, in person or by proxy, representing approximately 70% of the total number of common shares of the Company issued and outstanding as at May 8, 2026 (being the record date of the Meeting).
