The net proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Company for general corporate purposes Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a " Share ") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a " Warrant "). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.20 per Share at any time up to 4:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on or before the date that is two years from the applicable closing date.
