Obsidian Energy expands syndicated credit facility

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - June 23, 2026) - OBSIDIAN ENERGY LTD. (TSX: OBE) (NYSE American: OBE) (" Obsidian Energy ", the " Company ", " we ", " us " or " our ") announced today that the aggregate amount available under our syndicated credit facility has increased to $275 million from $235 million, further strengthening the Company's financial position as we prepare to close our previously announced Belly River acquisition and execute on our second half capital program. Highlights: The Company increased the aggregate amount available under our syndicated credit facility to $275.0 million from $235.0 million. The revolving period and maturity dates for our syndicated credit facility remain unchanged at May 31, 2027 and May 31, 2028, respectively.
