Fortune Minerals Limited (TSX: FT) (OTCQB: FTMDF) (“Fortune” or the “Company”) ( www.fortuneminerals.com ) reports that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2026 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 23, 2026 (the “Meeting”) were elected as directors of Fortune. Detailed results of the vote based on proxies received are set out below: Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as the auditor of Fortune, the rolling stock option plan, and the issuance of common shares of the Corporation, pursuant to a convertible security funding agreement dated April 30, 2026.
