A total of 219,442,741 common shares representing 44.8% of the common shares outstanding as of the Record Date; May 6, 2026, were voted. Directors were elected to the Board as per the voting results in the table below: Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as Auditors of the Company.
