He holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School (London) and has served as a director, board advisor and senior executive for multiple public and private companies.

Of particular relevance to Lighthouse, Mr. Gnissios served as Chair of the Board, and President and CEO of Guyana Frontier Mining Corp., one of the companies that previously explored the Sardine Hill-Mariwa Gold District.
