Lithium Americas publishes 2025 ESG-S report

(TSX: LAC) (NYSE: LAC) (“ Lithium Americas ” or the “ Company ”) has published its annual environmental, social, governance and safety (“ ESG-S ”) report (“ Report ”) for the period January 1 to December 31, 2025. Full-time workforce includes 38% women. Amended Community Benefits Agreement with the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe. 16 members of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe completed Process Plant Fundamentals training. Received the 2025 Operator Safety Award from the Nevada Mining Association and the Best New Project from Fastmarkets Voltas Awards.

ABOUT LITHIUM AMERICAS Lithium Americas is building Thacker Pass located in Humboldt County in northern Nevada.
