Theralase receives receipt for C$100 million shelf prospectus

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 30, 2026) - Theralase® Technologies Inc.  (TSXV: TLT) (OTCQB: TLTFF)  (" Theralase® " or the " Company "), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to the research and development of energy-activated small molecules for the safe and effective destruction of cancer, bacteria and viruses, is pleased to announce that it has filed and obtained a receipt for a final base shelf prospectus dated June 29, 2026 (" Prospectus ") with the securities regulatory authorities in all provinces and territories of Canada. The Prospectus will allow Theralase® to offer up to C$100 Million of common shares, warrants, subscription receipts, debt securities or any combination thereof (collectively, the " Securities "), over a 25-month period.
