California Nanotechnologies grants stock options
Los Angeles, California--(Newsfile Corp. - July 6, 2026) - California Nanotechnologies Corp. (TSXV: CNO) (OTCID: CANOF)  (" Cal Nano " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce it has granted 1,500,000 incentive stock options to the employees, directors and officers of the Company. The options were granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan and were granted at an exercise price of $0.35 CAD per share, representing the closing price on July 2, 2026. The stock options will vest over three years, expire after a five-year period from July 3, 2026, and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
