Germanium Mining launches flow-through offering

  VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire - JULY 6 th, 2026 – GERMANIUM MINING CORP. (“GERMANIUM MINING” OR THE “COMPANY”) (CSE: GMC) (OTCQB: EMSKF) (FSE: YW0) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of the issuance of up to 2,916,666 flow-through units (each, a “ FT Unit ”) at a price of $0.24 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of up to $700,000 (the “ Offering ”). Each FT Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a “ FT Share ”) to be issued as a “flow-through share” (as defined in subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)), and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “ Warrant ”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one non-flow-through common share (each, a “ Warrant Share ”) at a price of $0.30 per Warrant Share for a period of three years from the closing of the Offering (the “ Closing Date ”).

The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering are intended to be used to complete mapping and sampling this summer at the Company’s flagship project known as Lac du Km 35 (the “ Project ”) before the Company’s anticipated maidan drilling program at the Project this fall.
