LatAm Lithium upsizes private placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 16, 2026) - LATAM LITHIUM CORP. (TSXV: LALI) (OTC Pink: PFFOF) (FSE: POTA) (" LatAm Lithium " or the " Company ") wishes to announce that, further to its news releases of May 19, 2026, it has increased its non-brokered private placement (upsized) financing from $800,000 to $875,000 due to strong investor demand. The financing is structured as a $0.05 Unit, with each Unit including one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.065 per share, valid for two years from the date of closing.

Financing proceeds are to be allocated for working capital and general corporate activities. There are no proposed payments to Non-Arm's Length Parties. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, and any shares issued will be subject to a hold period equal to four-months and a day.
