Amendment to options granted

(CSE: SCM ) (“Steadright” or the “Company”), announces that the Board of Directors has approved options of 750,000 to certain consultants of the Company and granted under the Company’s 2022 Option Policy Plan, as amended and approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).   The Options are for 5 Years from date of granting and under the terms of the Corporate Option Plan.
