Aton Announces CAD$4 Million Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / July 23, 2026 / Aton Resources Inc. (TSXV:AAN) ("Aton" or the "Company") announces that it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement to raise CAD$4 million by the issuance of 7,619,048 common shares at a price of CAD$0.525 per share (the " Placement "). The proceeds of the Placement will be applied to further exploration and development activities at Aton's Hamama project and to general and administrative expenses.

The Placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and is expected to close in late July 2026. The shares issued pursuant to the Placement will be subject to a four-month hold period from closing. Finder's fees may be payable to parties at arm's length to Aton that have introduced the Company to certain subscribers participating in the Placement.
