Teako closes oversubscribed private placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 24, 2026) - Teako Minerals Corp. (CSE: TMIN) (the " Company " or " Teako ") is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (the " Offering ") of common shares of the Company (" Common Shares "). Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued 8,478,166 Common Shares at a price of $0.06 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of $508,690. The Offering was fully subscribed by the Company's strategic investor group of K.A.

Rasmussen AS. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for anticipated exploration activities as well as general working capital. The Common Shares are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.
