(CSE: CTG) (“ Centenario ” or the “ Company ”) announces that, effective as of market close on Friday, July 24, 2026, the board of directors of the Company approved the cancellation of an aggregate of 1,720.000 stock options to purchase common shares of the Company previously held by certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The cancelled options were granted under the Company's 2022 Stock Option Plan and were cancelled by the board of directors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan. Following the cancellation, the Company has 0 (zero) stock options issued and outstanding.
