Lode Gold closes first tranche of $9 million private placement

July 28, 2026 – TheNewswire - Lode Gold Resources Inc. ( TSXV:LOD | OTCQB:LODFF ) (“Lode Gold” or the “Company”) As requested by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”), Lode Gold is issuing this new release to provide additional information relating to and clarifying the status of its non-brokered private placement financing (the “Offering”) upsized to CAD$9 million as announced on July 22nd, 2026. Being oversubscribed, subscriptions for the first tranche of the Offering were closed off on July 22, 2026. With conditional approval for the expanded offering now received, the Company has closed the first tranche of the Offering issuing 29,845,073 units at a price of CAD$0.27 per unit, for gross proceeds of CAD$8,058,170.
