CoTec Holdings engages Epstein Research

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / July 28, 2026 / CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH)(OTCQX:CTHCF) ("CoTec" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Epstein Research to provide certain investor relations services to the Company, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV").

Epstein Research has been engaged at a rate of US$10,800 upfront for an initial term of six months. After the initial term, the agreement will be extended subject to mutual agreement. He currently has no direct or indirect interest in the securities of the Company.
