Each unit consists of one common share and one half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $0.30 for a period of 2 years, subject to the Company’s right to accelerate expiration on 30 days’ notice in the event that its shares trade at $0.45 for a period of 10 trading days, including days where no trading occurs.
