Rio Grande Resources engages LFG Equities

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / July 30, 2026 / Rio Grande Resources Ltd . (CSE:RGR)(OTCQB:RGRLF) ("Rio Grande" or "RIO" the "Company") , is pleased to announce that it has entered into a marketing services agreement with LFG Equities Corp. (" LFG ") to provide strategic marketing consulting services designed to increase awareness of the Company within the investment community.

Under the agreement, LFG will provide marketing services, including the engagement of financial newsletters, influencer marketing initiatives, and other digital marketing activities intended to communicate publicly available information about the Company to a broader investor audience. LFG will not provide investment advice, solicit the purchase or sale of securities, or engage in any activities requiring registration under applicable securities laws.

The agreement has an initial term of four (4) months, commencing on or about August 3, 2026, and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 5 days' notice without penalty. During the initial term, the Company has agreed to pay US$100,000, with US$25,000 payable upon receipt of the first invoice. Following the initial term, the agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated in accordance with its terms.
