Calgary, Alberta (July 31, 2026) – TheNewswire – Aurwest Resources Corporation (“Aurwest” or the “Company”) (CSE: AWR) is pleased to announce that effective July 30, 2026 (the " Effective Date "), the Company has cancelled an aggregate 6,000,000 options (" Options ") to purchase common shares of the Company (" Common Shares "), which were previously granted on May 6, 2026, to board members and consultants of the Company (each a " Participant "). Management reviewed the Company's outstanding Options and determined that the Options granted to such Participants under the Company's Option plan, at exercise price of $0.025 per Common Share, where not in compliance with Policy 6.5(3) of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
