VANCOUVER, BC , Aug. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- Gold Strategy Inc. (TSXV: GST) (the " Company ") announces that it has granted a total of 120,000 stock options (" Options ") to certain of its directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, effective July 31, 2026.

Each Option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.75. The Options granted each vested on the date of grant. All Options expire on July 31, 2029 and are subject to applicable regulatory policies, including those of the TSX Venture Exchange.
