Cheelcare invited to Numotion Commercial Growth Summit

Markham, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 6, 2026) - Cheelcare Inc. (TSXV: CHER) (OTC: CHCRF) ("Cheelcare" or the "Company"), a Canadian innovator in advanced mobility solutions, today announced that it has been invited to participate in the Numotion Commercial Growth Summit, scheduled for August 12-14, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.

The Commercial Growth Summit brings together clinicians, Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP's), regional decision-makers, and industry leaders from across Numotion's network to evaluate mobility technologies, share clinical best practices, and discuss innovations that improve outcomes for wheelchair users. Management believes the invitation reflects Cheelcare's growing recognition among leading mobility providers in North America and provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders who influence product selection.

Numotion is North America's largest provider of Complex Rehab Technology and mobility solutions, serving more than 500,000 customers annually through a network of over 196 locations across the United States and Canada. Management believes participation in the Summit supports the Company's strategy of increasing awareness of its mobility solutions among clinicians, providers, and decision-makers throughout Numotion's network.

At the Summit, Cheelcare will present its Companion power assist attachment, a powerful, highly configurable solution that gives manual wheelchair users the freedom to go farther with less physical strain. The device features patented QuickConnect technology and PDAC verification supporting reimbursement eligibility under U.S. Medicare and Medicaid, Companion has been recognized by Mobility Management magazine as Product of the Year for three consecutive years.

"Being invited to present at Numotion's Commercial Growth Summit reflects the relationships we have built with one of North America's leading mobility providers," said Allan Boyd, Vice President of Growth, Cheelcare. "Our strategy has been to establish strong clinical credibility and let commercial relationships follow, and this invitation is a direct result of that approach. Beyond showcasing Companion, the Summit provides an opportunity to deepen our relationship across Numotion's network as we continue expanding our portfolio of mobility solutions, including the commercialization of Curio and future innovations designed to improve independence and quality of life for wheelchair users."
