Celestica completes equity offering

Celestica Inc.

(NYSE: CLS) (TSX: CLS) (“Celestica” or the “Company”), a global leader in data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, today announced that it has completed its previously announced equity offering of 9,677,419 common shares at a price to the public of $310 per share (the “Offering”). An aggregate of 11,129,031 common shares, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option of 1,451,612 common shares, were sold by Celestica for aggregate gross proceeds, before underwriting discounts and Offering expenses, of approximately $3.45 billion.

Net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for working capital and to support investments in capital expenditures, in addition to other general corporate purposes.

BofA Securities and Citigroup are acting as joint lead bookrunners (in alphabetical order) and TD Securities, CIBC Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint bookrunners for the Offering. BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, MUFG, Scotiabank, Canaccord Genuity, and Stifel are acting as co-managers for the Offering.
