Hybrid Power Solutions grants stock options and restricted share units
Toronto, Ontario – August 7, 2026 - TheNewswire – Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) (OTC: HPSIF) (FSE: E092) (“Hybrid” or the “Company”), an emerging leader in fuel-free clean power solutions, is pleased to announce the grant of incentive securities under the Company’s equity compensation arrangements, subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
The Company has granted an aggregate of 100,000 stock options to a director of the Company as part of the director’s yearly compensation. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.055 per common share for a term of five years from the date of grant.
In addition, the Company has granted 58,000 restricted share units (“RSUs”) to an employee of the Company as part of its employee compensation plan. The RSUs are subject to the terms of the Company’s equity incentive plan and applicable vesting conditions.
