Theralase grants stock options
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 7, 2026) - Theralase® Technologies Inc. (TSXV: TLT) (OTCQB: TLTFF) (" Theralase® " or the " Company "), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to the research and development of energy-activated small molecules for the safe and effective destruction of cancer, bacteria and viruses, announces the grant of stock options.
The Company has granted an aggregate of 7,000,000 stock options to eligible participants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of C$0.265 per common share, vest over a three-year period and expire five years from the date of grant. The stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
