Pacific Empire grants stock options and restricted share units
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 7, 2026) - Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (TSXV: PEMC) (" Pacific Empire ", " PEMC " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce an equity grant in accordance with the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. The Company has granted an aggregate of 6,800,000 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") and an aggregate of 17,700,000 Stock Options ("Options") to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. Of these grants, an aggregate of 16,700,000 Options and 6,300,000 RSUs were granted to directors and officers of the Company. The RSUs will vest 100% twelve months from the date of grant. The Options vest on the date of grant. Each vested RSU will entitle the holder to receive one common share of the Company at the deemed price of C$0.05 and each vested Option will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.05 for a period of five years.
