Resolve posts annual shareholder meeting voting results
Montreal, Quebec, August 13, 2026 – TheNewswire - ReSolve Energy Inc. (CSE: RESO) announces the approval of each of the matters set out in the Corporation’s Management Information Circular dated July 13, 2026 at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held via webcast on August 12, 2026 (the “Meeting”).
A total number of 12,915,598 shares, representing 35.34% of the Corporation’s 36,549,992 issued and outstanding shares, were represented and voted at the Meeting.
