Company
”), formerly Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc. (CSE: MVMD) (OTC: MVMDF), is pleased to announce that it has completed a corporate name change from Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc. to
The More Life Company Corp.
(the “
Name Change
”) as part of the Company’s rebranding strategy.
Subject to final processing by the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “
CSE
”), the Company expects its common shares to commence trading on the CSE under the new name and new trading symbol “MLCO” at the opening of trading on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The new CUSIP number for the Company’s common shares will be 616536108 and the new ISIN will be CA6165361081.
The Company’s common shares continue to be quoted on the OTCID under the trading symbol “MVMDF." The Company is in the process of completing the steps required to reflect the new corporate name and any related trading symbol change in the United States and expects to provide a further update in the coming days.
The Name Change reflects the evolution of the Company’s corporate identity and is intended to better align the Company’s brand with its current business focus, commercial objectives and future growth plans.

It will serve as the Company’s primary digital destination for corporate news, investor information, technology updates and partnership inquiries. Investors should continue to refer to the Company’s filings on SEDAR+ for the Company’s official public disclosure record.
The share capital of the Company remains unchanged as a result of the Name Change. The Company does not expect that any action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the Name Change.
In connection with the Name Change, the Company has also completed a continuance from the
Business Corporations Act
(British Columbia) to the
Business Corporations Act
(Ontario) and a short-form amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary. These corporate reorganization steps were undertaken for corporate and administrative purposes and do not form part of any acquisition, reverse takeover, change of business or other material strategic transaction.
The Company’s business, assets, liabilities, management and operations remain unchanged as a result of the Name Change, continuance and short-form amalgamation.

Do shareholders need to take any action in connection with the Name Change?
No. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the Name Change.
Will there be a consolidation, share exchange or change to shareholders’ ownership interests?
No. The Name Change is not being completed in connection with a consolidation, share exchange or other change to shareholders’ ownership interests.
Do existing share certificates or DRS statements need to be exchanged?
The Company does not expect that shareholders will be required to exchange existing share certificates or DRS statements solely as a result of the Name Change. Certificates representing common shares of the Company in its former name are expected to remain valid. If a shareholder’s broker, intermediary or the Company’s transfer agent requires any additional steps in connection with a future deposit, transfer or other transaction involving a certificate, those steps may be addressed at that time in the ordinary course.
Is the Name Change part of a merger, acquisition, reverse takeover or change of business?
No. The Name Change is being undertaken as part of the Company’s branding initiative and is not being completed in connection with a merger, acquisition, reverse takeover, change of business or other material strategic transaction.
