Revenue up 30% and Free Cash Flow up 88% year-over-year

All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

30.0% increase in loan interest and royalty income, to $4.2 million from $3.2 million
88.0% increase in Free Cash Flow to $1.6 million from $884 thousand
96.0% increase in Free Cash Flow per share to $0.057 from $0.029
14.0% increase in book value per share to $1.341 from $1.175 in the prior year
Q2 2026 Free Cash Flow included $1.0 million in prepayment and associated fees received in connection with the early repayment from multiple loan investments.
Six Months Ended June 30, 2026, Compared to Six Months Ended June 30, 2025
26.0% increase in loan interest and royalty income, to $7.7 million from $6.1 million
47.0% increase in Free Cash Flow to $2.5 million from $1.7 million
53.0% increase in Free Cash Flow per share to $0.087 from $0.057
