(TSXV: ROOF) (OTCQB: ROOOF) (" Northstar " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that it intends to file its unaudited quarterly financial statements and management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") on SEDAR for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 on Monday, August 31, 2026 after market close.
