Adelayde Exploration identifies multiple untested magnetic targets at George Lake South

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2026) - Adelayde Exploration Inc. (CSE: ADDY) (OTCID: SPMTF) (WKN: A41AGV) ("Adelayde" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from a newly completed airborne magnetic survey and 3D geophysical inversion over its 100%-owned George Lake South Antimony Project (the "Property") in York County, New Brunswick. The work, completed and interpreted by independent geoscience consultants Geoscience North, has identified multiple discrete, previously untested magnetic targets on the Property that appear to share a similar geophysical signature of the mineralized system at the adjacent, past-producing Lake George antimony-tungsten-molybdenum-gold mine. Management cautions that past results or discoveries on properties in proximity to Adelayde may not necessarily be indicative of the presence of mineralization on the Company's properties.

Highlights

A new, high-resolution total magnetic intensity (TMI) survey flown directly over the Property outlines several coherent, discrete magnetic highs within Adelayde's ground, similar in character and intensity to the anomalies associated with the historic Lake George deposits.

Three-dimensional magnetic vector inversion (MVI) modelling of the new survey data confirms that these magnetic sources are real, near-surface geological features rather than survey artifacts, and defines their approximate size, depth and orientation for follow-up planning.

The Property's magnetic targets sit along the same regional structural corridor, associated with the Magaguadavic Fault trend, that hosts the Lake George mine and other tin-tungsten-antimony occurrences in southwestern New Brunswick.

The Property lies within the contact metamorphic aureole of the Pokiok Batholith, the same geological setting associated with mineralization at the Lake George deposits, and within the broader footprint of a regionally significant antimony-in-till geochemical trend centred on the Lake George camp.

None of the newly identified magnetic targets on the Property have been previously drill-tested, representing multiple new, high-priority exploration targets for the Company.

"This new geophysical dataset gives us, for the first time, a clear picture of what lies beneath our George Lake South ground, and it shows several targets we did not know we had," said James Nelson, President of Adelayde . "Our Property sits directly along strike from a mine that operated intermittently for decades, and these new targets show similar geophysical fingerprints as the mineralized system there. We see this as a strong basis to plan a focused, cost-effective follow-up on our own ground. We are immediately formulating plans to follow up on this positive news with a more detailed work program with plans to drill as soon as possible."

About the George Lake South Antimony Project

The George Lake South Antimony Project is located in York County, New Brunswick, immediately southeast of the historic Lake George mine, which was intermittently mined for antimony, tungsten, molybdenum and gold beginning in the early 20th century. The Property covers ground along the same regional geological trend and lies within the contact aureole of the Pokiok Batholith, a setting the Company considers prospective for antimony and related mineralization.

About Adelayde Exploration Inc.

Adelayde's projects include three lithium projects in Clayton Valley, Nevada: the 1,136-acre McGee lithium clay deposit, which has a mineral resource estimate of 320 Mt @ 803 ppm Li for 1,369,000 indicated tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) and 157 Mt @ 865 ppm Li for 723,000 inferred tonnes of LCE, directly bordering SLB (formerly Schlumberger) and Century Lithium Corp.; the 280-acre Elon lithium brine project, which has access to some of the deepest parts of the only lithium brine basin in production in North America; and the 124-acre Green Clay lithium project. The Company also holds the 248-acre Clayton Ridge gold project in Esmeralda County, Nevada; the 4,722-acre George Lake South antimony project; and the 9,780-acre Sisson North tungsten project, both located in New Brunswick. Management cautions that past results or discoveries on properties in proximity to Adelayde may not necessarily be indicative of the presence of mineralization on the Company's properties.

Forward-Looking Statements

This news release contains forward-looking statements and forward-looking information within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation. These include, without limitation, statements regarding the significance of the newly identified magnetic targets, the Company's exploration plans, and the potential for the Property to host mineralization similar to that at the Lake George mine. Forward-looking statements are based on the reasonable assumptions, estimates, analysis and opinions of management made in light of its experience and its perception of trends, current conditions and expected developments, as well as other factors that management believes to be relevant and reasonable in the circumstances at the date such statements are made. The identified magnetic targets are geophysical anomalies only; they have not been tested by drilling on the Property, and there is no certainty that any exploration target will result in the discovery of a mineral deposit. Actual results could differ materially from those anticipated due to a number of factors and risks. Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements, and the Company disclaims any obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements, except as required by applicable law.
