I want to thank our dedicated team and stakeholders who have contributed to this first chapter of Centauri. In particular, I want to thank the Aldebaran team for their full support and many extra hours in this spin-out and transition process .

Thank you to our investors who have placed their trust and over $30 million in us to carry out this strong mandate for mineral exploration and project advancement in the established mining region of Northern Argentina. We also welcome new investors of Centauri through their Aldebaran shareholdings and will do our best to continue the chain of spin-out successes, from Antares Minerals to Regulus Resources, to Aldebaran Resources, and now to Centauri Minerals.

Centauri's active drill targeting programs, which include geophysical surveys and consolidation review of historical data sets, will allow us to begin drilling at the Rio Grande project in the fourth quarter — the first program since 2013. More information to come as we gear up for an exciting final four months of 2026. "
