ReconAfrica files prospectus supplement for C$19 million bought-deal offering

(TSXV: RECO) (OTCQX: RECAF) (FSE: 0XD) (NSX: REC) (the "Company" or "ReconAfrica") is pleased to announce that on September 3, 2026, in connection with its previously announced upsized bought-deal public offering of units (as described in the Company's news releases dated September 1, 2026 and September 2, 2026), it filed a prospectus supplement dated September 3, 2026 (the "Prospectus Supplement") to the Company's final short form base shelf prospectus dated April 13, 2026 (the "Base Shelf Prospectus", and together with Prospectus Supplement, the "Prospectus") with the securities commissions in each of the provinces and territories in Canada.
