Orca corrects Q3 quarterly dividend
TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, Sept. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orca Energy Group Inc. (“ Orca ” or the “ Company ”) (TSX-V: ORC.A, ORC.B) is issuing a correction to its news release titled “Orca Announces Quarterly Dividend” dated August 12, 2026 (the “ Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release ”). The Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release stated the dividend would be payable to shareholders of record on September 30, 2026. As September 30, 2026 is a public holiday in Canada, the record date has been corrected to September 29, 2026. All other information contained in the Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release remains unchanged.
