Sekur continues its strategic transition toward serving government agencies, enterprise customers, high-net-worth individuals, executives, and other privacy-conscious organizations requiring secure communications and data protection solutions.

“Our transformation over the past year has positioned Sekur to pursue higher-value clients and recurring revenue opportunities while maintaining a disciplined financial strategy,” said Alain Ghiai, Chairman and CEO of Sekur Private Data. “We believe the demand for secure, private communications has never been greater as governments, corporations, and high-profile individuals increasingly seek alternatives to traditional messaging and email platforms.”

Strategic Shift to Enterprise and Government Markets

The Company has shifted its primary focus from mass-market consumer adoption to enterprise, government, and VIP clientele. Management believes this strategy offers significantly higher revenue per user, lower customer churn, and a more efficient path toward profitability.

Sekur's privacy-focused communications suite includes secure email, encrypted messaging, VPN services, and the forthcoming launch of Sekur One , the Company's voice and video communications platform. All services are hosted in Switzerland on the Company's own infrastructure, leveraging Swiss privacy protections and data security standards.

A key differentiator of the Sekur platform is its ability to facilitate communications with both Sekur and non-Sekur users while maintaining a privacy-first approach and anonymous registration capabilities.

Experienced Advisory and Leadership Team

Over the past year, Sekur has expanded its leadership and advisory network by adding experienced professionals from government, military, intelligence, and cybersecurity sectors.

The Company noted that its leadership team and advisors collectively bring decades of experience across defense, intelligence, government operations, and enterprise technology. Management believes these relationships will support ongoing sales and business development efforts within public sector and enterprise markets.

International Expansion Efforts

Sekur reported meaningful progress in select African markets, particularly in Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) , where the Company has spent several months developing strategic relationships and market opportunities.

Management stated that it is pursuing potential partnerships and distribution arrangements in the region and continues evaluating expansion into additional African countries. The Company believes growing awareness of cybersecurity risks and data privacy concerns in these markets may create substantial demand for secure communications solutions.

Path to Profitability

According to management, Sekur maintains a debt-free balance sheet and cash reserves to support ongoing growth initiatives.

The Company believes its enterprise-focused business model could allow it to reach profitability with a relatively limited number of annual enterprise licenses sold. Management expects commercial sales efforts targeting government, enterprise, and high-net-worth markets to accelerate beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
