Copper Giant was formed with a singular focus: to advance high-quality copper projects beyond resource definition responsibly, efficiently, and with long-term positive impact.

The OTCQX Market is designed for established, investor-focused U.S. and international companies. To qualify for OTCQX, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws. Graduating to the OTCQX Market marks an important milestone for companies, enabling them to demonstrate their qualifications and build visibility among U.S. investors.

“Trading on OTCQX marks an important step forward for Copper Giant as we continue to strengthen our presence in the U.S. capital markets,” stated Ian Harris, CEO of Copper Giant. “This milestone supports our strategy to broaden our shareholder base, improve accessibility for U.S. investors and increase the Company’s visibility and liquidity. As we continue to advance Mocoa, one of the largest undeveloped copper-molybdenum resources in the Americas, expanding our reach in the U.S. is particularly timely as demand for copper continues to grow against a backdrop of constrained new supply and a limited pipeline of large-scale development projects. We appreciate the continued support of our shareholders as we work to unlock the value of Mocoa.”

Trading in non-U.S. North American securities on OTC Markets reached $23.4 billion in the second quarter of 2026, representing an 88.25% increase over Q2 2025. OTC Markets recorded $453.34 billion in total dollar volume in the first half of the year. Canada ranked among the top home markets by trading volume during the quarter, highlighting sustained U.S. investor demand for internationally listed names.
