Avanti Gold intercepts 6.50 g/t Au over 11.50 m at Akyanga
HIGHLIGHTS
Ongoing 2026 Phase I drilling at the Akyanga Deposit continues to intersect multiple zones of gold mineralisation within and below the US$1,500/oz pit shell used to constrain the current Mineral Resource Estimate.
MSDD0151 returned: 5.70 m at 8.01 g/t Au from 268.10 m, including 1.70 m at 23.47 g/t Au from 269.10 m;
15.00 m at 0.92 g/t Au from 159.50 m; and
5.00 m at 1.19 g/t Au from 304.70 m.
MSDD0152 returned: 13.60 m at 2.00 g/t Au from 86.00 m, including 0.48 m at 31.06 g/t Au from 87.70 m;
6.90 m at 1.80 g/t Au from 147.90 m; and
1.57 m at 5.23 g/t Au from 191.66 m.
Partial results from MSDD0153 returned: 11.50 m at 6.50 g/t Au from 166.30 m, including 1.40 m at 12.68 g/t Au and 3.00 m at 11.99 g/t Au; and
4.60 m at 1.94 g/t Au from 118.00 m.
The results provide additional geological and grade information on mineralisation within, below and in the hanging wall of the current pit-constrained Mineral Resource, supporting continued follow-up drilling across the Akyanga system.
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 16, 2026) - Avanti Gold Corp. (CSE: AGC) (FSE: X370) (OTCQB: AVTGF) (" Avanti " or the " Company ") is pleased to report additional assay results from its 2026 Phase I diamond drilling program at the Akyanga Deposit, part of the Company's Misisi Gold Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC").
Diamond drill holes MSDD0151, MSDD0152 and MSDD0153 intersected multiple zones of gold mineralisation within and below the US$1,500/oz pit shell used to constrain the current Akyanga Mineral Resource Estimate. Partial results from MSDD0153 also returned a significant higher-grade interval within the interpreted hanging wall of the Akyanga mineralised system.
The results provide additional geological and grade information on the distribution and geometry of mineralisation
