Latest opening brings the Company's Florida dispensary count to 78 and 179 nationwide

STAMFORD, Conn. , Sept. 16, 2026 /CNW/ -- Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (TSX: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF) ("Curaleaf" or the "Company"), a leading international provider of consumer cannabis products, today announced the opening of its newest dispensary on September 17, 2026: Curaleaf Port Richey, located at 8605 US Hwy 19, Port Richey, FL 34668. The new location increases the Company's Florida footprint to 78 dispensaries and its nationwide total to 179 stores.

Located in the Tampa area, Curaleaf Port Richey sits along US-19 in a retail corridor on Pasco County's Gulf Coast, part of a shopping plaza, with everyday retail and dining up and down the highway. It's a short drive from Historic Downtown New Port Richey and Sims Park, where the Pithlachascotee River, an amphitheater, and a riverwalk draw locals for concerts, kayaking, and weekend strolls, with Gulf beaches and coastal parks close by. The dispensary features a broad range of products and brands for medical patients, including Curaleaf's Florida-exclusive Reef flower, Dark Heart ultra-premium flower, FIND flower, Anthem pre-rolls and the Select Briq 2 all-in-one vape.

"Curaleaf Port Richey marks our eighth Florida opening this year, and second in the Tampa area," said Boris Jordan, Chairman and CEO of Curaleaf. "Florida remains an important medical cannabis market in the country, and this expansion reflects our long-term commitment to meeting patient demand across the state. As we grow our footprint, we remain focused on giving patients in communities like Pasco County convenient access to the comprehensive, curated products and personalized care they rely on."

Curaleaf Port Richey will host grand opening celebrations on September 25 and 26 featuring brand activations, in-store promotions, and giveaways while supplies last. The dispensary will operate from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. ET, and 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. ET on Sundays.
