WINNIPEG, MB / ACCESS Newswire / September 18, 2026 / Gossan Resources Limited (GSS-TSX.V)(GSR-Frankfurt/Freiverkehr & Xetra) (the " Company " or " Gossan ") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Kevin Norberg as interim Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective September 18, 2026.
Samuel Pelaez has stepped down as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. To support an orderly transition, Mr. Pelaez will remain engaged with the Company under a separate advisory arrangement for a transition period, assisting with the handover of key relationships and commercial priorities.
Kevin Norberg is a mining industry leader with nearly 20 years' experience in mineral exploration.
