Ashram Rare Earths & Fluorspar Project selected for Canada Investment Summit

Mont Royal's flagship development project showcased among selected Canadian investment opportunities to global investors and strategic partners

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - September 21, 2026) - Mont Royal Resources Ltd (ASX: MRZ) (TSXV: MRZL) ("Mont Royal" or "the Company") is pleased to advise that its flagship Ashram Rare Earths and Fluorspar Project in Québec has been selected for inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, showcasing selected Canadian investment opportunities to global investors and strategic partners.

The inaugural Canada Investment Summit, held in Toronto this week, forms part of a broader Canadian Government initiative to attract long-term capital into strategically important sectors, with the Government of Canada outlining an ambition to catalyse $1 trillion in total investment in Canada over the next five years.

The Summit Prospectus highlights investment opportunities across critical sectors including critical minerals, clean and conventional energy, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence and trade and transportation infrastructure, with a focus on projects seeking financing and strategic partnerships.

Ashram has been included in the Minerals and Metals section of the Prospectus, which describes the Project as: "a large-scale rare earths and fluorspar development in Nunavik, Québec and one of North America's largest monazite-dominant rare earth deposits."

The Prospectus also highlights the potential of the Ashram Project to supply the key magnet rare earths neodymium and praseodymium (NdPr), together with fluorspar and niobium by-products. It identifies the Project as having completed a Preliminary Economic Assessment, with a Pre-Feasibility Study underway, and highlights opportunities for equity, joint venture and strategic investment, project finance and off-take partnerships.

Mont Royal Managing Director, Nicholas Holthouse said:

"Ashram's inclusion in the inaugural Canada Investment Summit is further recognition of the Project's strategic importance as Canada looks to accelerate the development of secure, domestic critical minerals supply chains.

"The Summit provides an important platform to showcase Ashram to global investors, strategic partners and other key stakeholders at a time when governments and industry are increasingly focused on establishing secure Western supply chains for magnet rare earths.

"With our updated PEA now complete and the Project moving into its next phase of development, the timing is ideal for Mont Royal to broaden its engagement with potential strategic, financing and offtake partners."
