Alchemy expands ExoShield ULTRA Pro to 40 vehicle models
Kitchener, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 23, 2026) - Alchemy Labs Inc. (TSXV: ALCH) ("Alchemy" or the "Company"), a Canadian nanotechnology company developing advanced protective solutions for the automotive and defence industries, today announced that its ExoShield® automotive business has expanded its ULTRA Pro vehicle-specific kit portfolio to 40+ supported vehicle models across 17 kits, compared with more than 20 supported models announced in August 2026.
The expanded lineup includes several of the largest pickup truck and SUV platforms in North America, including Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 and HD pickup trucks, Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade. The Company has also added kits for the Ineos Grenadier and Quartermaster.
The expansion materially increases the number of vehicle applications that can be served through ExoShield's existing sales and installer channels and broadens the Company's exposure to consumer, dealership and commercial fleet markets.
In particular, the addition of GM 1500 and HD pickup trucks builds on ExoShield's recently launched Ford F-Series offering and significantly expands the Company's coverage of the North American pickup truck market. The newly supported GM platforms include the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2500 HD and 3500 HD, as well as the GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 HD and 3500 HD.
These vehicles have meaningful applications across both consumer and commercial markets, including construction, field services, utilities and other fleet environments where windshield replacement costs and vehicle downtime can be significant.
The addition of the Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade further broadens ExoShield's presence in the large SUV segment, while the Ineos Grenadier and Quartermaster extend coverage into the premium off-road market, where vehicles are frequently exposed to conditions that increase the risk of windshield damage.

ExoShield ULTRA Pro Kits are precision-cut, vehicle-specific windshield protection films designed to help reduce damage from rock chips and road debris. The kits are pre-cut and pre-shrunk for specific vehicle platforms, reducing installation time and making the product easier for ExoShield's installer partners to deploy.
The Company's current ULTRA Pro lineup now supports models across BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Ineos, Jeep, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, spanning pickup trucks, SUVs, off-road vehicles, performance vehicles and passenger cars.
Alchemy intends to continue expanding the ULTRA Pro portfolio as part of its strategy to increase ExoShield's addressable market, support greater sales productivity across its installer network and create additional opportunities in consumer, dealership and fleet channels.
The Company also wishes to clarify disclosure regarding its engagement of JT Pacific Capital Partners Corp. originally announced on August 4, 2026.
Alchemy has entered into an advisory agreement (the "Agreement") with JT Pacific Capital Partners Corp. ("JT Pacific") to provide capital markets advisory services.
Pursuant to the Agreement and in consideration for the services to be provided, JT Pacific was granted an aggregate of 80,000 stock options (the "Options"), exercisable until July 31, 2036 with an exercise price of $1.00 per Option. The Options will vest in four equal semi-annual instalments over a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of grant, with the first instalment vesting six (6) months following the date of grant, provided JT Pacific continues to provide services to the Company at each applicable vesting date. The Options are granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan and applicable TSX Venture Exchange policies.
