1911 Gold Publishes Inaugural 2025 Sustainability Report

PR Newswire

VANCOUVER, BC , Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 1911 Gold Corporation (" 1911 Gold " or the " Company ") (TSXV: AUMB; OTCQX: AUMBF; FRA: 2KY) is pleased to announce the release of its inaugural sustainability report for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the " 2025 Sustainability Report ").

The report covers activities at the Company's fully built and permitted True North Gold Project, located in the Rice Lake District of southeastern Manitoba, highlighting the Company's commitment to transparency, safe and responsible operations, and meaningful engagement with Indigenous and local communities as the Company advances True North toward a potential mine restart.

2025 Sustainability Highlights:

Zero reportable environmental incidents and zero regulatory fines or penalties

Water discharges from the Tailings Management Facility continued to meet all regulatory requirements

44% of the Company's 34 employees at year-end 2025 were local

70% of total procurement spend went to local and Manitoba suppliers

Shaun Heinrichs, President and CEO, stated, "This past year, 1911 Gold advanced True North from care and maintenance toward a restart decision, with safety and stewardship built into every step. Bringing a historic mine back to life is about more than ounces. It's about doing it right for our workforce, the surrounding communities, the Province of Manitoba and our First Nations partners. We've dewatered, rehabilitated and rebuilt with a clear commitment: no harm to people, no surprises to the environment, and renewed prosperity for the region through local jobs and opportunity. This report is our accountability to the people who have trusted us with that responsibility."

The report outlines the Company's anticipated reporting framework along with environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance for the year. During 2025, surface activities increased significantly from a low base and continued to ramp up with re-entry into the underground mine in the second half of the year. While 2025 was not a representative year, the report provides insight into the year's activities and summarizes the metrics available for reporting.

The Company has set goals for its monitoring programs to support future reporting as it advances the project.

CAUTIONARY STATEMENT REGARDING FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS

This news release contains forward-looking information or forward-looking statements within the meaning of applicable securities laws (collectively, " forward-looking statements "). Often, but not always, forward-looking statements can be identified by the use of words and phrases such as "plans", "expects" or "does not expect", "is expected", "budget", "scheduled", "estimates", "forecasts", "intends", "anticipates" or "does not anticipate", or "believes", or that describe a "goal", or variations of such words and phrases, or statements that certain actions, events or results "may", "could", "would", "might" or "will" be taken, occur or be achieved.

All statements that address expectations or projections about the future, including, but not limited to, statements with respect to the sustainability goals, the monitoring programs, future reporting and project advancement, the ongoing development work to advance the project towards a potential production decision and the timing thereof, as well as the Company's objectives, goals and future plans and strategies, are forward-looking statements.

While 1911 Gold has not made a production decision, should 1911 Gold make such a decision in the future without a feasibility study of mineral reserves, demonstrating economic and technical viability, there may be increased uncertainty of achieving any particular level of recovery of minerals or the cost of such recovery, including increased risks associated with developing a commercially mineable deposit. Historically, such projects have a much higher risk of economic and technical failure. There is no guarantee that 1911 Gold will make a production decision, and, if it does, there is no guarantee that any production will begin as anticipated or at all or that any anticipated production costs will be achieved. Failure to make a positive decision to commence production would have a material adverse impact on 1911 Gold's ability to generate revenue and cash flow to fund operations. Failure to achieve any anticipated production costs would have a material adverse impact on 1911 Gold's cash flow and future profitability.

All forward-looking statements reflect the Company's beliefs and assumptions based on information available at the time the statements were made. Actual results or events may differ from those predicted in these forward-looking statements. All of the Company's forward-looking statements are qualified by the assumptions that are stated or inherent in such forward-looking statements. Although the Company believes that these assumptions are reasonable, they are not exhaustive of factors that may affect any of the forward-looking statements.

Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, future events, conditions, uncertainties and other factors which may cause the actual results, performance or achievements to be materially different from any future results, predictions, projections, forecasts, performance or achievements expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements. Although 1911 Gold has attempted to identify important factors that could cause actual actions, events or results to differ materially from those described in forward-looking statements, there may be other factors that cause actions, events or results not to be as anticipated, estimated or intended. There can be no assurance that forward-looking statements will prove to be accurate, as actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements. Accordingly, readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements.

In addition, readers are directed to review the detailed risk discussion in the Company's Annual Management's Discussion & Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2025, filed on SEDAR+, which discussions are incorporated by reference in this news release, for a fuller understanding of the risks and uncertainties that affect the Company's business and operations.

All forward-looking statements contained in this news release are given as of the date hereof. The Company disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except in accordance with applicable securities laws.
