Following strategic backing from Silicon Catalyst Angels, Company advances engagement with global broadband operators, OEMs and technology partners ahead of upcoming PrismIQ™ demonstrations

September 10, 2026 – Ottawa, Canada - TheNewswire – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF) (“Edgewater” or the “Company”), the industry pioneer of AI-powered Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing™ silicon solutions and IP, today announced that it will attend the invitation-only 2026 RDK Global Summit, taking place September 14 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Edgewater heads to Amsterdam with growing strategic momentum following the recently announced direct investment by Silicon Catalyst Angels. The investment strengthened the Company’s semiconductor-focused investor base as Edgewater advances its next-generation PrismIQ™ product family toward prototype validation, customer demonstrations and commercial engagements.

The RDK Global Summit brings together leading broadband operators, device manufacturers, silicon providers, application developers and technology partners from around the world. For Edgewater, the event provides a timely opportunity to engage directly with some of the industry’s most influential companies as preparations advance for PrismIQ™ demonstrations and customers securing early access to the pioneering platform.

PrismIQ™ is Edgewater’s family of Spectrum Slicing-enabled, Wi-Fi 8-ready silicon solutions designed to deliver more reliable, lower-latency connectivity for all devices in increasingly congested environments. By enabling multiple concurrent channels within a single Wi-Fi band, Spectrum Slicing rethinks Wi-Fi from the silicon up—creating a differentiated platform for connected homes, enterprise networks and high-performance applications.

“We are taking the momentum behind Edgewater directly to the companies shaping the future of connected-home connectivity,” said Andrew Skafel, President and CEO of Edgewater Wireless. “With strategic semiconductor investors behind us, PrismIQ™ advancing toward demonstrations and engagement building across our target markets, the RDK Global Summit comes at an exciting point in our development. We look forward to strengthening operator and OEM relationships and showing the industry what better Wi-Fi can deliver.”

Companies attending the RDK Global Summit are invited to contact Edgewater to arrange a meeting in Amsterdam and register their interest in the upcoming PrismIQ™ early access program.
